Meet & Greet Services

Our multilingual, experienced and uniformed staff authorized by the Ports Authority, will meet and greet passengers with a sign bearing passengers, group or company’s name at the airport baggage claim area and/or cruise ship piers.

To guarantee an excellent and accurate service, our staff is assigned according with company request or on a flight-by-flight basis. Our rates include baggage handling at the airport.

For groups, additional Service Representatives are assigned according to the quantity of persons arriving. Service Representatives not only meet groups at baggage claim, they also review the groups itinerary while in Puerto Rico & provide assistance in general. RST porters are also asigned to safely handle the transportation of luggage.
